Dr. Rachel Hoagburg is excited to be returning to her community with a commitment to creating beautiful and healthy smiles.

Dr. Rachel looks forward to carrying on her father’s legacy and working alongside her father and brother to continue to transform patient’s lives in the Fort Wayne and Auburn areas.

She believes in patient-centered care and providing high-quality treatment to all patients.

Education

Dr. Rachel Hoagburg grew up in Fort Wayne and graduated from Canterbury High School.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Movement and Sports Sciences (Kinesiology) with the highest distinctions along with a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and minors in Spanish and Biology from Purdue University.

She completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine with community honors. She received her Master’s and Certificate in Orthodontics from the Indiana University School of Dentistry.

Personal Life

Dr. Rachel met her fiancé, Ryan, at Penn Dental, and they are getting married this October! Dr. Rachel enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, being on the lake, snowboarding, and is an avid Purdue basketball fan.
