Your first visit to our Fort Wayne or Auburn office is one of the most important, and we’ll go above and beyond to make you feel at home.
During your free consultation, you’ll meet our wonderful, caring team and get to know Dr. Steve Hoagburg or Dr. Brian Hoagburg. We will:
- Review your medical and dental history.
- Take digital pictures of your teeth and jaws to determine what treatments are right for you and your family.
- Help you create a customized treatment plan with an estimated treatment timeline.
- Talk through the financial info, insurance coverage, and payment plan options.
- Utilize cutting-edge 3D X-Ray technology to provide an accurate and detailed view of your teeth and jaw bones to identify any problems not visual to the naked eye.
After reviewing your records, Dr. Steve or Dr. Brian will join you in a private consultation room to discuss your individualized and unique treatment plan. They’ll point out specific areas of concern and show you what kind of corrections you can expect by showing photos and videos of similar cases.
You’ll have time to ask any questions and discuss the treatment process with our team, so you have a thorough understanding of what to expect. We’ll explain everything from scheduling and expected discomfort levels to finances and payment options.
